I actually met Ipek when I first relocated to Florida. Funny enough, she was purchasing a home from me back then and wasn’t even a realtor yet. I told her at the time she’d be incredible in real estate — she had a natural empathy, strong negotiation instincts, great local connections, and an eye for details most people overlook, from the contract language to the build quality. Fast forward to when it was time to list our home there wasn’t a single other agent who came to mind. In my experience, many agents in the area tend to be transactional and more focused on their own goals than their clients’ needs. That’s never been the case with Ipek. She treated us like lifelong friends, took the time to clearly explain every step, and was considerate of my wife’s work-from-home schedule when planning showings. She strategically scheduled open houses (even avoiding holiday weekends to ensure better turnout) and kept us in the loop every week with updates.
